The Track and Field Team of Prati-Donaduzzi Sporting and Leisure Association (Serprati) won 11 medals during Open Games of Toledo – Jatoos 2016. The employees/athletes performed a talent show and through these results they secured the first general place in Track and Field in the competition. In women´s 400-meter- dash category, the athlete Zenaide Rohden got the first position. Another gold medal was won by the employee Sedinei Urnau in men´s javelin category. Women´s 4 by 100 meter relay team, which is consisted by the employees Nadir Kresko, Zenaide Rohden, Josiane Dai Prá and Simone Karling – also got the first position.
Yet, the silver medals were won in women´s 200 meter relay by the athlete Nadir Kresko, and in women´s 400 meter relay by the employee Zenaide Rohden. The third positions were taken by Juliana de Lima (women´s 100-meter- dash category), Nadir Kresko on long jump and Aguinaldo Barbosa, in men´s javelin category.
According to the Physical Education teacher and coach of Serprati teams, Douglas Fonseca Martins, the results are very important for the employees/athletes motivation. “Our aim is the socialization through sports, by encouraging physical, social and emotional well-being of Serprati employees/athletes. These results were really important for out team”, he says.
