The actions of Prati-Donaduzzi’s Socioenvironmental Responsibility are associated with a systemic approach, and are focused towards the relationship between the company, its collaborators, and the community in which we are located. Through projects and programs, activities which serve the diverse public goals are accomplished. Learn about each one:

The program is geared towards future mothers (collaborators, daughters and wives of collaborators) and fathers. It offers information, orientation, and an exchange of experiences which concerns gestation, childbirth, post-childbirth, and care of newborns. The goal is to provide safety during gestation and improvements in the quality of life and work of the mothers and fathers, as well as the infant.

With the motto “Do good unto others, regardless of whom”, Prati-Donaduzzi’s volunteer program offers collaborators a chance to integrate the merits and values of volunteering with their work ethics. The activities benefit not only company personnel, but the community as a whole.

Pratincluir (To Include You)
The program, whose name is a portmanteau of “Prati” and “include”, has the goal of inclusion of people with disabilities, and to provide workforce and developmental opportunities. It provides assistance to collaborators and management, with orientation and participation in situations related to the company, or not, with a humane view, and always seeking engagement.
The project is carried out with female prisoners serving their sentences in the prison of the 20th Police Subdivision of Toledo (20th SDP) and offers the opportunity for work, the feeling of a new beginning and the incentive for social reintegration.
