Prati-Donaduzzi, leading generic pharmaceutical industry¹, keeps positive balance of growth at a rate of 25% a year. In order to keep at this pace, the company invests on a professional qualification and work force qualification.
The company opened 200 new positions in its employees chart and foresees the creation of new working places in the first semester of this year. The increase is very positive, considering that, according to Geography and Statistics Brazilian Institute (IBGE), industrial employment presented in January0.4% of growth comparing to December, 2015, interrupting a period of seven months of consecutive falls, when it accumulated losses of 8.7%. According to the director of Human Development and IT departments of Prati-Donaduzzi, Carlos Rosa, bringing new employees to the company is a favorable occasion which will contribute with the productive work volume, but also to employ people who are possibly available on the work market. "We also look for new professionals who match the company profile and we constantly invest on qualification of the employees who already work in the company. Bringing new employees also contributes to the city development", he emphasizes.
Expectations
Currently, Prati-Donaduzzi has more than four thousand of employees. "The new hires integrates the projects of continuous improvement and increase of the company productivity, which plans to increase the billing in 2016 to R$1 billion. It is likely to open more vacancies until the end of the year", Carlos ends.
