In celebration to Woman International Day, Prati-Donaduzzi carried out a special event in honor of the company´s female employees on March 8th. The 2nd Femi Day had an extensive schedule of lectures related to women health and beauty. The opening of the event had the participation of Dr. Carmen Donaduzzi. Then, Laurita Kienen gave a lecture on “My story, your story – co-creating connections to the future”. The dietician, Sofia Sesti, showed the employees how to lose weight healthily and the journalist Eduardo Bieluczyk focused on fashion and style of modern women. On that occasion, a fashion parade was made, where five female employees from the company participated. Auristela Varanes, from Sales Department, loved the experience. “I had never paraded before and I enjoyed a lot. In addition, It was an opportunity to find out my own style”, she emphasizes.
The event had also the musical presentation of solo talents of Prati-Donaduzzi and a lecture about accomplishment of career and goals for an extraordinary life, with Coach Diego Nicolau. Then, Dr. Naura Tonin talked to the employees about routine examinations, physical activities and sexuality and Gisa Pyl talked about female intimacy. The women also got some skin care and professional make-up tips by Mary Kay consultants and they could join the show of adult ballet and belly dancing from Baillare Dancing School. In all the lectures, prizes from partner companies of the event were raffled. According to Prati-Donaduzzi Personal Management manager, Rubia Porsch, Femi Day was carried out by aiming to offer the employees a special day. Nowadays, there 2,660 female employees at Prati-Donaduzzi.”We are providing the women a special day so that they can feel more beautiful by giving them lectures from topics related to beauty to female intimacy. After all, the woman is more and more present on work market, but she must conciliate the career with the family, which is the basis of everything", she highlights.
