On the evening of this Monday 6th Prati-Donaduzzi started the activities of the Project “To Educate is to Love” which is an initiative of the Social Responsibility of the pharmaceutical industry. The goal of this Project is to present the cognitive and psychological development stages of children and adolescents and how important is parents’ intervention in this process, as well as to demonstrate the impact of educator’s structure and support in every step of the development cycle.
“To Educate is to Love” project is divided in six modules: 1st module (0 to 1 year old stage); 2nd module (1 to 3 years old stage); 3rd module (3 to 5 years old stage); 4th module (5 to 12 years old stage); 5th module (12 to 18 years old stage); and 6th module (Learning Disabilities). The modules will be presented in a weekly basis at the company’s facilities.
This action is aimed at parents of teenagers and youth that are part of the Digital Inclusion Program - PID Prati/Fasul. According to Maria Rita Pozzebon, the person in charge for Prati-Donaduzzi’s Social Responsibility and Priscila Lamego, the project’s creator, the purpose of the project is to show parents how important it is to follow up and monitor adolescents and children going through this decisive and challenging phase, as well as to simultaneously provide the parents with the right knowledge to help them overcome hardships together with their children.
The team is comprised by several professionals who work as volunteers in the project: social assistant Maria Rita Pozzebon, and the psychologists Priscila Lamego, Maira Menezes, Bruna Nathaly, Juliana Poder, Caroline Zanette, Tiago Neves and Sandra Boufler.
