Prati-Donaduzzi Group announces with immense sadness the loss of its founding partner Arno Donaduzzi this Wednesday morning (03), after a courageous battle with cancer for years. Arno, aged 58, is survived by his wife and two children.

Funeral service will be restricted to family members, due to the pandemic period.

Born in Jaguari - RS, he moved as a child to the West of Paraná, where in 1993 he was one of the key players for the start of Prati-Donaduzzi pharmaceutical industry in Toledo, always alongside his brother and partner, Luiz Donaduzzi and his brother-in-law and partner, Celso Prati.

With his experience in agricultural machinery since his youth, Arno added knowledge from the setting up of Prati-Donaduzzi to its constant expansion and modernization.

He worked until 2014 at Prati-Donaduzzi Group by playing an important role in several departments such as construction, transportation, maintenance and packaging. He was also responsible for creating the engineering and maintenance area in the industry.

In the past few years, he devoted himself to the work in the agricultural field, where he could recall his origins.

His work leaves a legacy marked by his strong characteristics. Sensible, he has always contributed with the necessary balance in all major decisions. Humble, he showed the greatness of those who do not seek superiority. Kind and fair, he recognized the efforts and talents of all his teams.

Determined, he evidenced that a great leader is made much more than with diplomas, but by the obstinacy in overcoming and, above all, by the human side, by understanding, enhancing, caring and helping people.

Prati-Donaduzzi would like to express the deepest condolences to the family and respectfully bid farewell to Arno, who will be forever missed.
