Getting the first job is a big challenge for many people. For young people, it is even greater due to the lack of experience. In order to provide training and placement in the job market, Prati-Donaduzzi pharmaceutical industry, based in Toledo - Paraná, is now open for applications for the second semester of the Apprenticeship Program 2020.
18 to 22 year-old people who live in Toledo and region can participate in the selection process. Complete high school is required. The expectation of the industry is to fill 90 vacancies. The selection process will follow all Covid-19 preventive measures recommended by health agencies.
The selected young apprentices start their activities in August this year. They will be able to work both at Prati-Donaduzzi and in the other companies from the Group, such as Centralpack, NDS and Transporter.

More than professional experience, the young people who participate increase knowledge. One of the great advantages of the Apprenticeship Program is that in parallel to the workday, young people take a professional course at the National Service for Industrial Learning (SENAI).
“One of the principles of Prati-Donaduzzi Group is to provide training for employees. In addition to offering the first job, we also offer young people a qualification course”, says the people management analyst at Prati-Donaduzzi, Fernando Francisco do Nascimento.
