Team work

One of Campos's most emphasized points is that the team's work in racing becomes paramount to results and that everything depends on it. “We are a team. We need union, continuity and persistence to achieve victories. Sometimes the team works a whole month for a 40-minute race. Everyone is important, from boss to mechanic. They are essential in this work. ”

Prati-Donaduzzi CEO, Eder Fernando Maffissoni, followed the chat and expressed his admiration for the pilot. During the chat, Maffissoni compared the work of the Stock Car team has to do with the industry´s routine. “At Prati, every department needs to do its job correctly so that medicines are produced with quality. At Stock is the same. For everything to be ready for the moment of the race, each person is essential. That is, in each place, dedication and commitment are required. ”

Prati´s Manufacturing supervisor, Henrique Faber, has a similar opinion. A fan of motorsport, he took the moment to make questions. “Nothing better than listening straight from the source. I realized that teamwork is as important to them as it is to us here in the industry. ”

After the chat, the company raffled Stock Car tickets and kits among employees. The lucky ones will be able to watch the race that takes place on Sunday (20), at Zilmar Beux Circuit in Cascavel. There will be two races. The first one at 10.30am and the second race at 12pm.
