The Business Association of Mediatrix (ACIME) chose Prati-Donaduzzi, based in Paraná, as an example of success. The president of the entity, Rita Schierholt, made the confirmation after visiting the pharmaceutical industry with a group of associates on Thursday (17).
In total, 24 people visited the company, including businesspeople from Medianeira, which is located in the western region of Paraná. The visitors were welcomed by founding partner Dr. Carmen Donaduzzi and Marketing manager Lucas Angnes.
According to ACIME president, one of the reasons that led the institution to want to know Prati-Donaduzzi is the evolution of the company in such a short time of history: 25 years. “We have brought from small to large entrepreneurs so that they can be inspired by the history of this pharmaceutical industry and can work for their companies ‘growth”, explained Rita Schierholt.
The businesswoman Silvia Prezoto works in the pharmaceutical field and could learn closely how the medicines of the industry are produced. “This is the second time I visit Prati. It is always a different learning”, she said.

For Adrielly Carlet, from the Human Resources Department of Lar Agroindustrial Cooperative, one of the main objectives of the visit was to visit the Corporate University (Uniprati). Only in 2018, each employee received 72 hours of training. This amount is far above the national average, which is 18 hours. “We came to know the model adopted by Prati-Donaduzzi, as we intend to set up a Corporate University at Lar”, said Adrielly.
At the pharmaceutical industry
In addition to knowing the history of the company that started in 1993, serving mainly the public health chain, and currently has a production capacity of 12 billion therapeutic doses per year and is present in more than 55 thousand Brazilian pharmacies, ACIME associates visited the facility where the main solid drugs are produced. These include Losartan (recommended for the treatment of hypertension), Metformin (used to control diabetes) and Captopril (recommended for the treatment of hypertension and heart failure).

The group also visited Biopark - Science and Technology Park of Biosciences, located in Toledo. The Park seeks the development of scientific research, especially in the area of biotechnology.
