Valdeno Brito debuts at the Brazilian Karting Championship with podium

After two weeks of a lot of speed, the 54th Prati-Donaduzi Brazilian Karting Championship, held at Delci Damian karting track in Cascavel, came to an end on Saturday (27), giving motoring enthusiasts strong emotions.

The karting track discovered many motor sport talents and was also the debut stage. The racer from Paraíba, Valdeno Brito, based in Londrina, Paraná, who is part of Prati-Donaduzzi team in Stock Car, competed for the first time a Brazilian championship, reaching the podium.

Without any vanity Valdeno, who is already a veteran on the track, competed in the Super Senior category. After a week of practice on the final batteries, he started in 5th place.

It was a fierce competition. For 20 minutes, Valdeno Brito showed that he is a true lover of speed. In a recovery test, he finished in second place.

On the podium, he received from the hands of Prati-Donaduzzi CEO, Eder Fernando Maffissoni the runner-up trophy. “This was my first Brazilian Championship. I learned a lot here. It was great to be with these great racers”, said Valdeno.

On Saturday, the racers went to the track: Codasur Junior, Novice, Graduate, OK International, KZ Graduate, Senior "A", Senior "B", Super Senior, Super Senior Master, F4 Super Senior and F4 Super Senior Master

In all, 10 Prati-Donaduzzi employees, with a companion, were drawn in an internal campaign in the pharmaceutical industry to attend the finals of the second round of the Championship.

José Bonetto, from the Transport department was one of the winners. “I really like racing, especially karting because most racers start in this category.” According to Bonetto, he even imagined getting the pass, but he did not expect the prize to be in double dose. His wife, also a Prati employee, Mariana Bonetto, from the Documentary Assurance, got the pass as well. “She even argues with me because I watch the races a lot. This time she came with me”, said José Bonetto.

Patrícia Cecília, from the Quality Assurance department, also got the pass to accompany the competition finals. According to her, Prati's support is a form of encouragement. “I enjoyed participating. I had the opportunity of learning about another sport. ”
