Over 100 Apprentices began their activities in early February
Prati-Donaduzzi Group allowed 109 Young Apprentices the opportunity to enter the labor market in early February. They are part of the Learning Program developed by the Corporate University (Uniprati) that takes place in partnership with the National Service of Industrial Learning - SENAI of Toledo.
The young people will have a weekly workload divided between SENAI studies and the execution of activities in the productive and administrative areas of the Group companies. Some of them will work at Prati-Donaduzzi and the others at Centralpack Embalagens, NDS, Transportation and also at Biopark.
The Learning Program is designed for young people between the ages of 16 and 22 who are enrolled in educational institutions. Last year, Prati-Donaduzzi Group has offered, on average, 120 vacancies for apprentices in various departments.
For the Program Coordinator, Bruna Gehrke, starting a professional life as an apprentice is very positive. "The Program offers the insertion in the job market with practical and theoretical learning. It also allows them to have contact with qualified professionals, which contributes even more to their professional development", she says.
Indianara Boufleuher, who is taking part in the Program, comments on the benefits. "Many young people, like me, had the opportunity to start a career, expand their knowledge and experience a new experience with the Program. We are likely to stay in the company here according to our performance in this period, which is very important. "
Registrations for the Learning Program takes place twice a year, with the next period scheduled to take place in April. For the ones interested in the Program, be aware and follow the information at www.pratidonaduzzi.com.br.
