During the closing of the activities, the young people made a retrospective of the period in the industry
The 43 interns, who were at Prati-Donaduzzi since January, concluded the activities of the Vacation Internship Program on Thursday (07). During their period in the industry, they were able to know the main departments and participated in theoretical classes.
The head of the Program, Denize Polla, explains what the company expects from the interns. "We received these students who are in the final stages of graduation to put into practice a little of what they have learned at the university. The Program also allows them to know more about the professional market and, consequently succeed in their choices. "
The student of Material Engineering from Ponta Grossa State University (UEPG), Fabio Augusto Balduino, evaluates the period in the industry as positive. "I have known several areas and acquired a lot of knowledge. I will return to the company to participate in the Mandatory Internship and I am happy because I want to pursue a career in the pharmaceutical industry. "
The next step of the Program is the completion of the mandatory internship, in this modality the students perform the internship required by the university. They will stay for four months in a single department, where they will assist in the practical activities of the area and carry out an improvement project.
