Monica Casagrande has already participated in the Professional Initiation Program and is currently a Young Apprentice at Prati-Donaduzzi

Prati-Donaduzzi Group has open registrations for the Professional Initiation Program. It is aimed at young people aged 16 to 20 years old. The course is free of charge and aims to prepare them to be introduced into the job market. Registrations are available until March 4 and 50 vacancies are offered.

In total, there will be 36 hours/class, where the participants will be able to have the following subjects: curriculum development, teamwork, communication, among others. The program is managed by the Corporate University – Uniprati. The classes will take place from April 19 to 28 at Prati-Donaduzzi.

"Young people who participate in this activity have a differential because they will have approaches that may better target their choices. The ones who have performed well in the program will have access to the selection process for the company's Learning Program positions, which, for many people, are the gateway to the first job", explains the Program Manager Robson Martins do Amaral.

Monica Casagrande participated in the Program in 2018. "When I learned about the course, I applied for it soon and it was through this that I learned about the job market. After I signed up for the Young Apprentice selection process and got a position. Nowadays I am likely to grow professionally at Prati-Donaduzzi", she says.

To participate you can register at the reception of Prati-Donaduzzi by presenting your ID and SSN (Social Security Number). Classes will always take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. For more information, call at (45) 2103-1314.
