The year 2015 has the potential to go down in Prati-Donaduzzi history. With 22 years of experience, celebrated in December, the company located in the State of Paraná and a leader in the sale of generic drugs celebrates great achievements and prepares for a new time.

In the last five years, Prati grew, on average, 25%. The workforce increased significantly in the period, from about 3,000 to more than 4,000 employees. “For the coming years we seek to grow this same percentage”, says Eder Maffissoni, vice president of the company.

He said two main events make 2015 a special year: the inauguration of the new plant, with investments of R$150 million, which increased by 50% the production capacity of the company, and the release of a line of multivitamins. The new plant has more than 8,000 m² of floor space and will create 400 new direct jobs for the region.

For 2016, the forecast is to continue growing. “We are focusing our investments in expanding the manufacturing facilities, acquiring new technologies and working on developing new products. We expect to increase the portfolio and construct an industrial plant with capacity to export”, says Maffissoni.
