Prati-Donaduzzi medicines are present in over 55,000 pharmacies throughout Brazil. In addition, customers who visit the industry every month, through “Conheça Mais” Project (PCM), which is carried out by the company´s Marketing Department, are able to closely monitor the quality of these products.

Only this year, there were over 790 professionals from various networks and independent pharmacies. Since 2010, the initiative has brought more than 13,000 customers to visit the industry, which currently holds the title of largest producer of generic drugs in Brazil*.

“The main aim of PCM is to bring customers closer to the company and show them the care and especially the quality employed in the manufacturing process”, says the project´s coordinator, Noemi Kistemacher.

Learning about Prati

The last visit of the year was from a group made up of 40 employees of DrogaVen Network, which is based in Araraquara, São Paulo. The visit took place in the pharmaceutical industry on Monday (23).

Visitors learned about the history of the company, which began in 1993, serving mainly the public health network and currently has a production capacity of 12 billion therapeutic doses per year.

During the visit, the network from São Paulo could notice the dimension of Prati-Donaduzzi by knowing the site where the main solid medicines are produced and the Warehouse, where the raw materials coming every day are received and stored.

Pharmacist Juliana Cristina Ferreira Argente has been working at DrogaVen Network for 15 years. For her, learning about the manufacturing process of medicines is a way of bringing even more confidence to the end consumer. "It was very gratifying to know Prati, because I could learn about the entire portfolio and also the developed projects."
