Serprati/Prati-Donaduzzi seven free soccer team is champion of 27th Panelão Championship

Serprati/Prati-Donaduzzi's seven men's free soccer team was crowned champion of the 27th Panelão Championship, which was promoted by Yara Country Club of Toledo, last Saturday (23).

Serprati/Prati-Donaduzzi and “Amigos da Sexta” teams entered the field. The final competition was marked by strong emotions and by the high competitive level between the teams.

The first half started with a draw, but in the last minutes, the pharmaceutical team managed to score a goal and opened the lead. In the second half, Amigos da Sexta team tried to recover, but it was too late and the team of the largest producer of generic drugs in Brazil* won the title of the competition, which was so disputed. Result of the match: 2x1.

"It was a tough game with a tight score and even with two major embezzles, we managed to win the title", celebrated Serprati goalkeeper, Willian Souza. In addition to the champion trophy, the team's top scorer, Jean Silva, was featured in the championship with 11 goals.

The participating athletes are employees of Prati-Donaduzzi and members of the Recreational Sports Society (Serprati), which is the association of employees of the company.

According to left-back Maicon Marques, training routine coupled with industry support were key to the win. “Our team has been outstanding in many competitions and for us to have the support of Prati-Donaduzzi is very valuable”, he says.
