Prati-Donaduzzi opens applications for 120 young apprentice vacancies

Prati-Donaduzzi Pharmaceutical Industry located in Toledo, western Paraná, has 120 vacancies open for the 2020 Apprentice Program. Young people aged 18 to 22 years old, who live in Toledo region and are attending or have attended High School, are able to participate in the selection process.

Applicants must apply by October 25 by using two options. Through the company's website: www.pratidonaduzzi.com.br, clicking on the career tab and then registering the curriculum for the position of Young Apprentice 2020. The other option is to apply for registration by sending a message to Recruitment Department WhatsApp at +55 (45) 99961-0022.

The program lasts one year and the selected ones begin their activities in February 2020. They will be able to work at Prati-Donaduzzi as well as at the other companies that are part of the Group, such as Centralpack, NDS and Transport Company.

Along with the monthly remuneration, the Young Apprentices who participate in the program receive various benefits from the company such as courses offered by the Corporate University (Uniprati), meal, library, health insurance, life insurance and meal voucher.

Differentials

According to Prati-Donaduzzi People Management Analyst, Fernando Francisco do Nascimento, every year the company receives more than 800 candidates, so the selection ends up being very competitive. He points out that good communication, personal posture and computer knowledge are some of the differentials evaluated by the Recruitment Department of the company.

“The young apprentices will stay in the company for a year. It is a great learning opportunity. Because it is a training and qualification program, according to the apprentice's performance, there is the possibility of hiring at the end of the program. About 70% of young people who completed the program in July 2019 were hired”, he said.

“Undoubtedly, the young person who goes through the Apprentice Program has gained a lot in the curriculum. It is the first step to a great professional career”, added Program Coordinator, Bruna Gehrke.

The Program

Parallel to the workday, young people take a professionalizing course at the National Service for Industrial Learning (SENAI).

In the end, she was hired as an Administrative Assistant in the Occupational Health Department. “In this one year as a young apprentice at Prati-Donaduzzi, I grew personally and professionally a lot. Currently, one of my goals is to study Production Engineering.”

Giovani Corso is one of 170 apprentices of Prati-Donaduzzi Group in 2019. The young apprentice joined the Research, Development and Innovation (PD&I) sector two months ago. "It has been a great experience and especially an opportunity, because I'm studying Pharmacy and I intend to continue in the area."
