Susimara won the gold medals in the long jump and the women's 4x100 relay, while in the 4x100 mixed relay and in the 400 meters she got the bronze medals.

The medals are the result of a lot of dedication to training during work break.

“It is always busy, but all the effort is worth it. For me it is an overcoming. The good results of the weekend motivate me to continue this routine. It is an achievement of mine, but I am grateful to Serprati for providing it”, she said.

20 years dedicated to the sport

Instructors Douglas Martins and Claudemir Basilio (Ganso) celebrated the victories together with the athletes. “I have been working with Serprati teams for 13 years. I am very proud of these results”, said Basílio.

For Douglas Martins, the good results in the games show the will and dedication of the employees. According to Martins, the training is performed twice a week. In addition to focusing on physical and mental preparation, athletes are encouraged to have a better quality of life.

“We charge them the discipline both in competitions and in the deliveries that each one needs to make on a daily basis in the company. As they are in income categories, we always encourage them to seek the best. Participating in competitions like Sindusfarma and taking home 20 medals is an impetus to continue training and focused on the roles they occupy in the company”, said the instructor, who has been coaching the group for seven years.
