Serprati/Prati-Donaduzzi athletes to participate in Sindusfarma Games this weekend

Record of the athletes while traveling to Santo André

More than 20 athletes, who are part of the sports team of the Prati-Donaduzzi Recreational Sports Society (Serprati), are traveling this Friday (27) to Santo André, São Paulo. They will participate in the athletics modality of Sindusfarma 2019 Games, promoted by the Pharmaceutical Industry Union.

The competitions take place at Santo André Sesi, on Saturday (28) after 8am. During the day, the following events will be held: 100 meters, 200 meters, 400 meters, 800 meters, 1,500 meters, 3,000 meters and 4x100 meters relay. There will also be long jump and high jump. 

Sindusfarma games are composed of 12 sports and companies associated with the union may participate. The main objective is the development of sports practice in companies and to provide participants with quality of life. The games that started in May will last until November and will be attended by 17 pharmaceutical industries. 

Prati-Donaduzzi athletes participate only in athletics, but they are optimistic for medal achievements. “Last year, we had important results in this competition and we hope this year will be the same. Our challenge is even bigger. We want to expand the achievements”, said Serprati sports director, Willian Souza. 

The delegation will be accompanied by professors Douglas Martins and Claudemir Basílio (Ganso), who are responsible for preparing athletes for local, state and national competitions.
