With support from Prati-Donaduzzi, the 1st Night Race of the 19th Military Police Battalion, held last Saturday (31) in Toledo, took more than 500 people to the streets of the city.
Amateur and professional athletes from Toledo, Cascavel, Foz do Iguaçu, Pato Branco, Curitiba and from other municipalities assisted by the Battalion ran on the main roads of the city within two routes: one of 5 km and another of 10 km. In the end, the first positions won trophies.
The competition was part of the program alluding to the anniversary of the 19th BPM´s foundation and to the 165th anniversary of Paraná Military Police.
“I believe our goal of integrating the community, merchants, government agencies and athletes with the Military Police has been achieved,” said Interim Commander of the 19th BPM, Major Jorge Aparecido Fritola.
Sports incentive
The sponsorship of the pharmaceutical company to the Night Race is combined with the company's commitment to encourage the most varied sports. In recent months, Prati-Donaduzzi has supported a variety of sports ranging from volleyball to karting. “We support the sport by understanding that it goes hand in hand with our mission, which is to provide health and well-being”, explained the company's Marketing Manager, Lucas Angnes.
