August is one of the most important dates on the calendar: Father's Day. To remember the date, Prati-Donaduzzi promoted a confraternization between parents and children. A group of 30 parents visited the company where their children work. For most of them, it was their first time in the industry.

They learned the history of the industry, visited the Warehouse (where raw materials are stored) and the unit where solid medicines (tablets) are produced.

Sildia Vanessa Budack, from the Transportation department, accompanied her father Roque Gianello on his visit. “This visit is very important as it is a special time to show our parents where we work.”

Among the visited places, what most caught Roque's attention was the Warehouse. “This is the second time I visit Prati-Donaduzzi. What I like to see is the forklifts and the equipment they use”, says Gianello.

Honor

In addition to understanding the tasks of the industry departments, parents and children attended a special breakfast and watched a movie with images of family moments. José Eduardo Silva is the father of Marcel Giovanni Silva, who works in Telesales. For him, the visit was a moment of getting to know the daily life of the industry and also celebrate the date next to his son.

 “It was very special and nice. After this visit, I am much more proud of being from Toledo and tell everyone that I am from Prati-Donaduzzi city”, said Silva.

Family visits

The company’s Marketing department organized the action. The proposal is to bring the community closer to the pharmaceutical industry. In July, in the month of children school vacation, the company received the children of the employees. In August, the parents. In the coming months, four more visits are planned.
