Applications for Prati-Donaduzzi Vacation Internship opens on Thursday (22). There will be 50 vacancies for university students from courses related to the pharmaceutical industry, such as Pharmacy, Chemistry and Biotechnology.
Applications can be filled up until September 2 at the company's website: https://www.pratidonaduzzi.com.br/carreira/programa-de-estagio.
Students who will complete their undergraduate degree by 2020 and complete the required internship in the same year are able to participate in the selection process. Another prerequisite is that the educational institution has an agreement with Prati-Donaduzzi.
After the application period, the pharmaceutical industry will review the curriculum, and on September 6, they will contact the selected students for the next evaluation steps.
The internship will be held from January 8 to February 6, 2020 in the industry, located in Toledo / PR. During this period, they will receive a grant.
According to the program's manager, Denize Polla, Vacation Internship aims to complement the student's education, also a way to prepare the students for the compulsory internship at the pharmacy itself. “We have a lot of employees who started their careers in the vacation internship, did the compulsory internship, and now occupy effective positions in the industry”, said Denize.
Success Cases
One of the revealed talents is chemical engineer Weslley Goeffer Perusso Borges. He joined Prati-Donaduzzi in 2017 as an intern. Currently, he works as a Production Supervisor. “During the internship, I had the opportunity of learning about Prati's daily life. I was motivated and decided to devote myself more and more to grow professionally within the pharmaceutical industry”, said Borges.
Carina Morales Rodrigues also participated in the program in 2013 and saw a great professional opportunity. Like Weslley, she was familiar with all areas of the company, but one specific department attracted her attention. “At the time, when I was studying Chemical Engineering, one of my goals was to work in the Project area. When I got to know the Project department, I wanted to work here. Nowadays, I work as a Project Manager”, says Carina.
