This month 105 young people are going to start working in the productive and administrative areas of the company
Getting your first job is an arduous task especially for young people looking for an opportunity in the job market. With this in mind, Prati-Donaduzzi, in partnership with the National Industrial Learning Service (SENAI), offers the first job to young people aged 18-22 through the Apprenticeship Program developed by the Corporate University (Uniprati).
This month 105 young people are going to start working in the productive and administrative areas of the company. They will stay at Prati-Donaduzzi for a year. In this period, parallel to the work, they will participate in courses and training. “The young people who are part of the program have a lot to learn, undoubtedly a differential for the future professional”, emphasizes the Program coordinator, Bruna Gehrke.
In total, 175 apprentices will support the company.
Opportunity
When Paulo Barbosa was 16 years old, he stopped studying. Today, at the age of 20, he returned to school and saw in the Apprenticeship Program a way to enter the job market without having to stop studying, “what made me participate in the Program was the benefits and opportunities Prati offers me” , says Barbosa.
The word growth is present in the vocabulary of Ana Karen Schulz. Nowadays, her main goal in the pharmaceutical industry is to grow professionally, “I believe that a company that gives me the opportunity to learn something and being able to study at the same time for me, is rewarding”, says the young apprentice.
