APA´s elderly receive Easter gifts from Prati-Donaduzzi volunteer group

Prati-Donaduzzi volunteer group held last Saturday (08th) an act of solidarity at APA - Elderly Home. At the time, hand-embroidered towels were donated by the volunteers and personalized with the name of each elderly person, as well as chocolate eggs and chocolates for Easter.
According to the coordinator of Prati Volunteer Program, Maria Rita Pozzebon, in addition to those presentes, gestures of caring and attention from the volunteers to the elderly. "It was spectacular to participate in this action, because seeing the joy and emotion of this group of elderly people with our presence and welcome has no way to measure in words. I believe it to be something inexplicable, but I can say that it was a wonderful experience. It was worth it", she said. Maria Rita further complimented " as we always say in the group of volunteers: doing good to someone only brings benefits to ourselves. Every day I strengthen this way of seeing voluntary work as something that benefits us as human beings. I am grateful to all the volunteers who dedicated themselves to this action and also to the employees of APA”.
