To participate in the selection process it is necessary to be from 18 to 22 years old and to be studying or have already finished high school. This is Toledo's largest learning program and is scheduled to start on February 6th, 2017.

The theoretical activities take place in partnership with the National Industrial Learning Service (Senai) in Toledo and the practices in the productive / administrative area of ​​Prati-Donaduzzi.
