Over 70 pregnant women concluded the activities of Safe Pregnancy Program on Wednesday (06th), which is a project that focuses on either pregnant employees or Prati-Donaduzzi employees´wives. The program assists more than 120 pregnant women every year.
During the graduation, the mothers got a participation certificate and a program customized bag, which has items for the newborn baby care. “Today is a day for celebration, a moment in which they get the certificate that proves they able to be mothers, and we also offer them a gift (customized bag)”, the supervisor of Prati-Donaduzzi Social Responsibility Department, Maria Rita Pozzebon says.
At the 35th week of pregnancy, Quelen Ramirez is looking forward to Maria Luiza´s arrival, her first child. She emphasizes that the program guides mothers and fathers about the maternity and the relationship with the baby. “Safe Pregnancy Program is great and the main point is the change of experiences among the participants. One of the issues I was more afraid was about normal birth or cesarean section, but all my doubts were answered”, she says.
Developed by Prati-Donaduzzi Social Responsibility Department, Safe Pregnancy Program has already assisted 800 pregnant women in the last years.
