Mais Volêi Project, which is supported by Prati-Donaduzzi through the Sports Incentive Law (Law 11,438 / 2006), offers volleyball school for more than 300 children and young people from six neighborhoods of Toledo. Bearing in mind, Toledo is home of Prati-Donaduzzi Pharmaceutical Industry. The Municipal Secretariat of Sports and Leisure (SMEL) and Toledo Volleyball Association (Avotol) developed such Project, which encourages participants on sports, discipline and team spirit.

One of the areas of Mais Volêi activity is the training of athletes in sports schools. They must be studying and be at least seven years old in order to participate.

Isabelle Sodoski is 15 years old and since the beginning of 2019 has been one of the members of the school. During the training at Hugo Zeni Gymnasium, she took a break from the activities to tell about her routine and the benefits. “Being on the project made me greatly improve motor coordination, balance and strength. Here we learn team spirit and I feel included in this scope, which is very good for physical and mental health. ”

One of the instructors is Marcos Assunção, who explains that this process identifies talents. “We encourage participants to devote themselves to practice, to have good grades in school and above all to evolve in the categories. As a result, those who stand out, consequently rise in ranks. ”

“It is important for us to support projects that help people. This one especially encourages children to play sports and take care of their health from an early age. Moreover, some of our employees ‘children take part in this project, which makes us proud”, says Prati´s Marketing Manager Lucas Angnes.

In addition to the schools, Mais Volei Project works with performance athletes, who participate in various competitions at the municipal and state levels. The highlight goes to the Men’s team participating in the Paraná Series A Adult Championship, which is considered the largest volleyball competition in the state.

Parents who are interested in having their children attend school must go to one of the locations below to enroll with the instructors.
