Prati-Donaduzzi trains 230 young people for the job market

30 young people received the certificate on Thursday (15)

Prati-Donaduzzi has already trained 230 young people to enter the job market within the Professional Initiation Program organized by the company's Corporate University, Uniprati. After 36 hours/class, 30 of them received the certificate on Thursday (15). 

Registration will be open soon for new groups. For more information, access the company's website www.pratidonaduzzi.com.br to follow the opening period of new vacancies. Since launching in 2017, the program has served young people aged 16-20.  

The Course 

The course is divided into subjects related to curriculum development, career planning, and concepts of the pharmaceutical market, among others. All classes took place on the premises of the industry and were performed by company employees. At the end of the activities, students are divided into groups to prepare a task, which fosters the idea of ​​teamwork. 

“The instructors teach the contents dynamically, which helps a lot in making the participants understand. Certainly, everything we have learned was important to provide us professional development”, said Edielli Cassanelli, 17, who participated in the last group. 

Future apprentice 

The differential of the young person who participates in the Professional Initiation Program is the possibility of being able to compete for vacancies in the selection process for the Apprentice Program also offered by the pharmaceutical industryt. Annually, the company opens a selection process for hiring apprentices to join the staff of the industry. 

Vitor Eduardo Vanelli is 16 years old and said he has acquired new knowledge. “I really want to get a job. The program made it possible for me to learn things I didn't know, such as writing my resume.” 

“We offer young people, whether they are children or relatives of employees and also from the community, an opportunity. Here, we want to teach them and somehow contribute to their professional growth”, added Program Manager Robson Martins do Amaral about the social purpose of the project.
