Young people aged 18-22 can apply for Prati-Donaduzzi Group Learning Program. For this, it is necessary to be attending high school or have already completed. The opportunity is also extended for disabled people. 

Those selected may work at Prati-Donaduzzi as well as in the other companies that are part of the Group. The work contract lasts one year and the theoretical activities take place at SENAI and the practical ones in the productive and administrative areas of the companies.
