Registrations are open for “Envolver” Program at Prati-Donaduzzi Pharmaceutical Industry. Such program consists of a training for people with disabilities (PCD's). The aim is to prepare and develop the PCD's of Toledo and region with focus on the integration in the job market.

The course, aimed at people with hearing, intellectual, visual, physical or multiple disabilities, is an initiative of Prati-Donaduzzi in partnership with the Business and Entrepreneurial Association (ACIT) and Fundação Assis Gurgacz University (FAG) - Campus of Toledo.

Teamwork, good manufacturing practices and customer service will be the addressed issues, among others. In total, 40 vacancies will be available and the minimum age required for participation is 14. There will also be a Sign Language interpreter every day.

According to Prati-Donaduzzi Social Responsibility Supervisor, Maria Rita Pozzebon, disability should not be a limiting factor. "We will provide these people with the opportunity for development and empowerment with the objective of making possible the knowledge of the labor world and its relations. At Prati-Donaduzzi, PCD's employees carry out activities in various areas and are essential to the process. Those who participate have a lot to gain because they will be more prepared to enter the labor market, either at Prati or in other companies."

An example of this insertion in the labor market is the employee Fabio Lucio Vieira. He has Down's syndrome and has worked in the Manufacturing area for almost 10 years. "In addition to doing my activities I have friends that I love very much at Prati. It is great to come to work and meet people. I like to be here", he says.

The course will be held at ACIT Auditorium, from May 15 to 17, from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. For registrations, you can register at Prati-Donaduzzi reception, by telephone: (45) 2103-1200, by Whatsapp (45) 99936-6633 or by e-mail This email address is being protected from spambots.
