_{Students stay in the company until early February}

Knowing the routine of the pharmaceutical industry that manufactures the most generic medicines in the country * is the goal of 43 students who arrived at Prati-Donaduzzi last week to carry out the Vacation Internship Program. 

The group consists of students from the areas of pharmacy, biotechnology, industrial chemistry and material, production and chemistry engineering. In the industry, they will participate in theoretical classes and technical visits through job rotation to the main departments. During this period, they will be divided into teams and shall prepare projects to be presented at the end of the internship period.               

The head of the Program, Denize Polla, mentions the benefits. "This project becomes an important way of identifying talent students. Currently, the company has several employees who began their career in the Program. Internship also allows the maintenance of the bond with universities and gives students the opportunity to make the most appropriate choices for their professional aim. " 

The student of Pharmacy course at Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), Amanda Dias, says about her choice. "Taking part in this program is a differential. We were greatly welcomed in the industry. This also becomes a preparation for the mandatory internship. I am happy be here and learn more about the pharmaceutical industry. " 

The Internship Program is directed to students enrolled in Universities that have partnership with the company, attending courses related to the Pharmaceutical Industry. It aims to guide the students who are finishing graduation and have an interest in acting in the area.
