The employees took advantage of the chat to clarify their doubts
Prati-Donaduzzi promoted on Friday (23rd) the 'Chat about Inclusion' aimed at people with disabilities (PCDs) who work in the company, managers and colleagues in the areas where they work. The event also alluded to the International Day of Struggle for People with Disabilities, which will be celebrated on December 3rd.
At the time, nine PCDs were recognized as highlights of the year. The employee Silvio Marcio Mioti was the highlight in the area of Manufacturing II. "I was very happy to be nominated. This means that my physical disability does not prevent me from doing a good job, but that I can show my skills as a multiplier in the area of drug manufacturing", he says.
The Prosecutor José Roberto Moreira, who addressed topics such as accessibility, quotas, tax exemption, among others, conducted the chat. "It's gratifying to talk to this audience, which by the way was very interested. Discussions like this are valuable and I have tried to clarify doubts about the rights provided in legislation on these issues”, he says.
"We aim, through events like this, to make the PCD feel recognized in the company for what he/she does. This moment of chat allows them to clarify their doubts with a professional who understands the laws", explains Social Responsibility Supervisor, Maria Rita Pozzebon.
Currently, Prati-Donaduzzi Group has more than 200 employees who have disabilities working in several areas. The Social Responsibility Department has the mission of providing support to these people on a daily basis, with follow-ups, training and promotion of events.
