Social Responsability


Activities related to social responsibility at Prati-Donaduzzi are associated to a systematic approach focused on the relationship between the workers and the community where they are inserted.


Safe Pregnancy

The program is focused on future mothers and fathers and its goal is to offer, pregnant workers and pregnant wives of workers from Prati-Donaduzzi, information, orientation and the exchange of experience regarding pregnancy, giving birth, postpartum and newborn care, offering a safer pregnancy and improving working and life quality.


DIP – Digital Inclusion Program

DIP Intern – It started in 2005 and its goal is to offer free basic computer classes to workers from Prati-Donaduzzi’s Group and their relatives. The classes take place at the company and the company’s infrastructure is available to be used for the benefit of the program.

DIP in the Community – Since 2010 the program offers basic computer classes and prepare young adults and teens from public schools around Toledo to enter the professional marketplace. The course lasts 120 hours and is conducted by a team from the management area that brings the participants knowledge related to the business world.


The Prati Community

The Prati Community’s goal is to offer reflection spaces and information about health and quality of life to women (pregnant ladies, mothers, nursing mothers, catholic children ministry leaders), through seminars and orientation workshops, as well as recreational activities for kids. This program happens in partnership with a Catholic Children’s Ministry.


Program - Restart

Restart is a partnership among the Forum of Toledo, the 20th Police Subdivision and the City Council. The program offers activities that provide learning and reflexion to a future reinsertion of female inmates in the society and the labor market, besides uplifting their self esteem and also working to prevent diseases.


The Volunteering Program

Through the Volunteering Program, Prati-Donaduzzi offers a space to develop the workers so they can use the values highlighted in volunteer work in their working practices, as well as encouraging the practice of volunteering.


Rethinking the Future

This project offers a reflexive, interactive and development space to a target audience, offering a space to reflect about important aspects of life, in special, working relationships, health, citizenship, development and ethics promoting a social reintegration of the participants.


Cooperating With the Art Project

Cooperating With Art Project is a partnership with the Craftsmen Cooperative of Toledo, namely COOARTE. Prati-Donaduzzi offers to its workers a course to enhance technical and behavioural skills, as well as a basic understanding of management and strategy that will improve planning, control and business management. In parallel to the course the company donates recyclable material generated from our productive process and this is used by the handcrafters.


Project Sustainable Prati

Sustainable Prati is a partnership with Toledo’s municipality and the Educational and Environmental Departments. The project’s goal is to promote an awareness among the children from Engineer Waldyr Luiz Becker City School about themes like environment, sustainability and citizenship, raising more participative and conscious citizens concerning their rights and duties. The activities happen weekly with 3rd and 4th grade classes.
