Prati-Donaduzzi’s Preparatory Course for the University Entrance Exam exceeded all expectations in the amount of those enrolled. In all, 146 people are participating in the classes that are offered free of charge for employees and the community.

With a workload of 400 class hours, the course is taught by teachers trained in the following disciplines: Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology and Portuguese. Classes are held at Prati-Donaduzzi’s premises, from Monday to Friday, from 7PM to 10PM. The course must be held until the month of October.

According to Matilde Benitez, the person responsible for the course, the goal is to assist students in important specific disciplines for those who will make the University Entrance Exam or the National High School Examination (ENEM). “Prati-Donaduzzi is a company concerned with its employees’ learning and we also extend the opportunity of qualification to the community. We also want to identify talents which may contribute to Prati-Donaduzzi’s growth”, he points out.

Qualification

Rogério José Finkler is a Prati-Donaduzzi’s employee who is constantly seeking professional qualification. He has already been a student at the technical Chemistry course – which provided an opportunity to work in the field of Pharmaceutical chemicals – and now, he participates in the Preparatory Course for the University Entrance Exam. “I will take the university entrance exams for Industrial Processes Management and graduate to take on new challenges within the company, which offers several opportunities in the management and leadership areas,” he points out.

Mishelly Pereira has already worked as an apprentice for Prati-Donaduzzi. “I have finished school three years ago and this is an opportunity to review a number of important contents and also to take the course free of charge. I want to take university entrance exams for Veterinary Medicine because I love animals since I was a child,” she says.

The youngster Adilson Verri also saw the course as an opportunity to achieve his second college degree and make the dream of being a civil engineer come true. “I’m not an employee of the company, but as I am seeking a new career path through the preparatory course for the university entrance exam, I can study these disciplines which are basic in any test. I think this initiative of Prati-Donaduzzi of also offering the course to the community is an essential one”, he emphasizes.
